Please arrive to your appointment with No Make Up if your receiving any service involving the face area. If you use a retinol as a face cleanser/ have sensitive skin and are being waxed please specify this on the online consent form you received when you book the appointment! See Note: Consent form/waiver is only completed once a year! ✨COVID-19 Restriction/Guidelines ✨ Feeling sick? Stay home! I’ll always be here when you’re feeling better! To ensure the safety of all clients, The work space is and always will be disinfected before and after each client. 10 minutes added to each appointment to properly disinfect! ✨Deposits & Types of Payment✨ Deposits are required for booking and are non refundable. Please understand this means if you book an appointment and later change your mind, your deposit is not refundable.Deposits are more than likely half of the service price are only required to pay the remaining balance the day of your appointment and the remaining balance can be paid in Cash(preferred), Apple Pay, and All major debit/ credit cards are also accepted! (There is a 2.7% processing fee for all card transactions) ✨Late Policy✨ There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are running late please communicate that with me. If your arrival time is too late your appointment will be cancelled/marked as no show on your behalf. Please Remember your deposit is non-refundable and not transferable in this case and You will have to pay a new deposit to book again. (Bottom line: COMMUNICATION IS KEY!) ✨Rescheduling/Changes/Cancellation ✨ Client must contact me via text,email,or call to make changes to appointments As long as it is atleast 24 hours in advance you may rescedule or change your appointment and the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. For example If your appointment is Friday at 3pm you must reschedule by 3pm Thursday(24 hours). Your deposit is not transferable and non refundable after 3pm. If you are cancelling your appointment , your deposit is automatically forfeited. If you are a no call no show, your deposit is automatically forfeited. If you would like to remove a service please do so 24hours in advance. Example you have a 1 hour service appointment and then upon arrival you ask for a service that only require 10 mins. This is unacceptable, please know there are no refunds of the deposit you’ve already paid! Canceled/no call no show appointments, deposits are automatically forfeited and non refundable. This applies to after/before your appointments as well ✨ Before/After hour appointments ✨ are upon request and requires additional fee of $10 per 30 minutes before or after the schedule plus the fee of the service.( Example. Business opens at 10am the day that’s requested and you’d like to come in at 9am, expect to pay $10(30 mins)+$10(30 mins)+ the service price! Deposits remain required and You may text/ call to make those appointments! ✨Extra Guest✨ This environment is only for children who can sit still without interrupting your service! If your child can not sit still without interruption, please do not bring them! Cancellation Policy
Please note that the deposit for services is more than likely 50% for all service prices! Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. & ONLY transferable if rescheduling BEFORE the 24 hour mark of your appointment time;the paid deposit can be used towards your newly booked appointment. Kindly contact me to reschedule to avoid paying a new deposit. If you’d like to simply cancel your appointment you may do so via your confirmation email. Canceled appointments require a new deposit for new appointment. If you are trying to reschedule AFTER the 24 hour mark or “No call No show" your deposit is not transferable and you will have to pay a new deposit to book again.
